One Page Retirement Plan

What is it?

A one page document that provides you with the financial information necessary to see if you are on track, behind, or ahead, with your retirement savings, and any alterations required.

What do we analyse?

We review your:

  • Current financial position (assets, liabilities, and regular retirement contributions)
  • Current investment assets (KiwiSaver, investment property(s), other investments)

We then:

  • Map your current retirement-capital trajectory
  • Calculate a desired amount needed for retirement based on your current lifestyle and what you tell us you would like retirement to comprise (travel, hobbies, dreams)
  • Calculate any shortfall / surplus from your current approach
  • Determine how much per month you need to contribute at net (after tax) 3%, 4% and 5% returns

What do you get?

The above analysis and a recommendation on one page (two if your situation is really complex)!

We keep it simple so that you can see exactly what needs to be done to reach you magic number by your magic date.

What don’t you get?

Product recommendations and/or an investment portfolio constructed and tailored for you.
